Board Of Patrons
OLD STUDENTS ASSOCIATION
THE CONSTITUTION
There shall be a nine(9) Member Board OF patrons who shall serve as an advisory body to the Executive Council and be the approving Body for all major Mmarima Mma events with financial implications.
Composition
1. Mmarima Mma who are not less than three decades after school.
2. Immediate Past President of the Executive Council
Nominations
The board of Patrons shall be nominated by the Executive Council and approved by consensus at an Annual General Meeting.
Appointments
The Board of Patrons shall appoint its own Chairman ( also know as the Abusuapanyin and Secretary
The Chairman and Scretary of the Board of Patrons must be Mmarima Mma resident in Ghana for smooth eractions with stakeholders including the School Authorities.
Terms Of Office
Each Board member shall serve for a eriod of four(4) years and may serve an additional four(4) year term as per Article 8 Clause 2.3.
Meetings
The Board of Patrons shall meet at least once in a quater either physically or by teleconfrencing.
Projects & Evnets
The Board of Patrons shall advice and give approval on all major programs or projects intended the school or the Association.
